Working principle:
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

Working principle:
Large materials are crushed by jaw crusher into required size for mainframe, then the crushed materials are elevated to the hopper by bucket elevator,then to the grinding chamber for grinding by vibrating feeder evenly and continuously. The powder goes upwards with the airflow, after separating by the classifier, those which can meet the fineness requirement enters into the collector through pipes for separating and collecting, and discharged from the discharged valve as finished products. The airflow is sucked into blower through wind recycling pipe at the upper part of cyclone power collector. And the closed airflow circulation system with negative pressure ensures the environmental health of production line site.

Working principle:
The system consists of grinding mill, separator, air blower, jaw crusher, vibrating feeder, hopper, dust collector, pipe, powder collector, electric cabinet, motors, etc.
Big lump materials are crushed to required size by jaw crusher, then elevated to buffering hopper through elevator, after that fed into the mill to be ground. LM – Vertical Grinding Mill

LM series vertical milling machine can be widely used in such industries as cement, power, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic mineral. It is used to grind granular and powdered materials into powder with required fineness.

Features:
1. Low Investment Cost. This mill itself can crush, dry, grinding, classifying, so the system is simple, and occupation area is about 50% of ball mill system. In addition, it can be installed outside, so it will reduce a large number of investment costs.
2. Low Operation Cost. ⑴ High efficiency: roller compacted materials directly onto the grinding disc, so power consumption is low. Compared with ball mill, it saves energy consumption by 30% ~ 40%. ⑵ Less wear and tear: As the roller is not in direct contact with the disc, and material of the roller and liner is high quality, so life lime is long.
3. High Drying Ability. As the hot air inside contacts directly with the material, drying ability is higher, and it saves energy. By regulating the air temperature, it can meet requirements with different humidity.
4. Simple and reliable operation. ⑴ It is equipped with automatic control systems, so remote control makes it easy to operate. ⑵ It is equipped with one device,which prevents the roller from contacting with the liner directly, and avoids the destructive impact and severe vibration.
5. The stability of product quality. As the material stays in the mill for a short time, it is easy to detect and control the product particle size and chemical composition, to reduce duplication of milling, stable product quality.
6. Maintenance convenience. By repairing fuel tank, rotating the arm, it is fast to replace the roller sleeve, and liner, and reduce the downtime loss.
7. Environmental protection. It is with small vibration, low noise, and the overall sealing. The system works under negative pressure, so there is no dust going out. It meets the requirements of the state Environmental Protection.

Working principle:
Vertical mill has two pairs of grinding rollers, each pair of roller composed of two narrow rollers, mounted on the same axis and can rotate at different speeds. There are two circular disc slot, and roller to the tire shape, work pressure in the tank. Features:
VSI6X series of Vertical shaft Impact Crusher introduces German technology. VSI6X is the key equipment in sand making area with many patents. VSI6X is a kind of totally new high efficient crusher. It has the following features:
1. Rotor with deep chamber increases 30% capacity after perfect design.
2. Side plate direction can be changed to increase material utility ratio, operating ratio can be increased 48%.
3. Worn hammer with combined type is only changed to reduce operating cost 30%. Another pair of vice hammer is added to prevent from damaging main hammer and side plate.
4. The most key wear resistant material uses wear resistant and high temperature resistant material in American important area.
5. Rhombus shape impact plate is used to prevent side plate from being damaged.
6. Bearing is famous international brand imported from Japan, Sweden, America, etc.
7. Perfect discharge and smooth curve reduce resisting force when material flows, so capacity is increased greatly.
8. Spread dish with double purposes can make two feeding ways change easily.
9. Special seal structure under main shaft guarantee no oil leak without seal.
10. Japanese hydraulic opening cover device is originally imported. The cover is moved easily and inspection of inner part is easy.
11. Motor with high grade of protection is selected. The motor has features of high efficiency, low noise, etc. The motor complies with IEC, insulation grade F, protection grade IP54/55.

Working principle:
When entering into impeller, the raw material can be crushed directly by hitting impact plate after it is accelerated and threw out. The raw material can also be divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One falls down from all around. The other enters into impeller and is accelerated, threw out and collides with the falling material and hit, rebound with impact plate. The circulation hits repeats. As the crushing is moving forward, small particle materials will gradually form a material bed around the impact plate which can improve the crushing effect and protect the machine. The desired artificial sand comes downwards though outlet finally.

Working principle:
